Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Meat

Season the pork chops, shell steak, and chicken breast with salt, black pepper, and paprika on both sides. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Lobster Tails

Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise, ensuring not to cut through the meat. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Cook the Meat

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Cook the pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, cook the shell steak for 5-6 minutes on each side to desired doneness, then remove and let rest. Finally, cook the chicken breast for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.

  2. 4

    Cook the Lobster Tails

In a separate pot, bring water to a boil. Add the lobster tails and cook for 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through. Remove from water and set aside.

  3. 5

    Make the Seafood Sauce

In the same skillet used for the meats, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well and bring to a simmer. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

  4. 6

    Combine and Serve

Plate the pork chops, shell steak, and chicken breast. Top each meat with the lobster tail and drizzle the seafood sauce over the top. Garnish with chopped chives.
