Method

Preparing the Steak

1

Season the Steak

Generously season the T-Bone steak with salt and black pepper on both sides. Let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes to enhance flavor.

2

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat for at least 10 minutes. If using a charcoal grill, ensure the coals are glowing red with a light ash coating.

3

Grill the Steak

Drizzle olive oil on the steak to prevent sticking. Place the steak on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes for medium-rare.

4

Rest the Steak

Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute.

Preparing the Lobster

5

Cook the Lobster

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the lobster and cook for about 8-10 minutes until the shell is bright red and the meat is opaque. Remove and let cool.

6

Prepare the Butter Sauce

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

7

Combine and Finish

Add the cooked lobster meat (removed from the shell) into the saucepan. Pour in lemon juice and mix well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.

8

Garnish

Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the lobster in the butter sauce before serving.
