Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Fish

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until combined.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Sea Bass

Place the Chilean sea bass fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the fish. Make sure each fillet is well-coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Grilling

  1. 3

    Preheat Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. 4

    Grill the Fish

Remove the sea bass fillets from the marinade and place them on the grill. Grill for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and has nice grill marks.

  3. 5

    Prepare Garnish

While the fish is grilling, slice the lemon into wedges and chop the fresh parsley.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate the Dish

Once the fish is cooked, remove it from the grill and place it on a serving platter. Garnish with lemon wedges and sprinkle fresh parsley on top.

  2. 7

    Serve

Serve the grilled Chilean sea bass immediately with extra lemon wedges on the side.
