Method

Preparing the Fish

  1. 1

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. 2

    Season the Fish

In a bowl, drizzle the Chilean sea bass fillets with olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  3. 3

    Grill the Fish

Once the grill is hot, place the seasoned sea bass fillets on the grill. Grill for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Preparing the Fruits

  1. 4

    Prepare the Fruits

While the fish is grilling, prepare the fruits. Dice the pineapple into small cubes and slice the banana into rounds.

Making the Sauce

  1. 5

    Sauté the Garlic

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  2. 6

    Make the Lemon Butter Sauce

Stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve the Dish

Once the fish is done, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a minute. Place the grilled fish on a serving plate, top with the diced pineapple and banana, and drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the top.

  2. 8

    Garnish and Enjoy

Garnish with additional parsley if desired and serve immediately.
