Method

Preparation of Salmon and Lobster

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Preheat your grill or broiler to medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Lobster

Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise down the middle, exposing the meat. Season with salt and black pepper.

Cooking the Vegetables

  1. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

Trim the asparagus and cut the zucchini into half-moons. Halve the cherry tomatoes.

  2. 4

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the asparagus, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking the Salmon and Lobster

  1. 5

    Grill the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill or under the broiler. Cook for about 6-8 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

  2. 6

    Broil the Lobster

Place the lobster tails meat-side up on a baking sheet. Broil for about 8-10 minutes, basting with melted butter halfway through.

Making the Sauce

  1. 7

    Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley.

Serving

  1. 8

    Plate the Dish

Place the cooked salmon and lobster tails on a serving platter. Add the sautéed vegetables on the side. Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the seafood and serve immediately.
