For the Salmon Trout

For the Shrimp and Calamari

Method

Preparing the Salmon Trout

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Coat the salmon trout fillets with this mixture and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Salmon

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the marinated salmon trout fillets on the grill and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky. Remove from the grill and set aside.

Preparing the Shrimp and Calamari

  1. 3

    Sauté the Garlic

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

  2. 4

    Add Shrimp and Calamari

Add the shrimp and calamari to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp turns pink and the calamari is opaque.

  3. 5

    Add White Wine and Seasonings

Pour in the white wine and sprinkle with red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate the Dish

On a serving plate, place the grilled salmon trout fillet. Top it with the shrimp and calamari mixture, ensuring to drizzle some of the garlic sauce over the top. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
