Preparation of the Salad

Prepare the Salad Base
In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber (sliced), avocado (diced), mango (diced), and red onion (thinly sliced).

Add Dressing and Seasoning
In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

Add Cilantro
Fold in the fresh cilantro just before serving for added freshness.
Cooking the Salmon

Prepare the Salmon
Pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels. Rub it with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Grill the Salmon
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes.

Once cooked, remove the salmon from the grill and allow it to rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin, laminated pieces.
