Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Take the ribeye steaks out of the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before grilling.

  2. 2

    Season the Steak

Rub both sides of the ribeye steaks with olive oil, then season generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.

Grilling the Steak

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 450°F or 232°C).

  2. 4

    Grill the Steak

Place the seasoned ribeye steaks on the grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is reached. Use a meat thermometer for precision: 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare.

  3. 5

    Rest the Steak

Once cooked, remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.

Vegetable Preparation

  1. 6

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the steak is resting, slice the zucchini, bell pepper, and carrot into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 7

    Season the Vegetables

In a bowl, toss the sliced vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Grilling the Vegetables

  1. 8

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill during the last 5-7 minutes of grilling the steak, turning them occasionally until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 9

    Plate the Dish

Slice the rested ribeye steak against the grain and serve it alongside the grilled seasonal vegetables.
