For the Rib Eye Steak

For the Garlic/Hot Sauce Shrimp

Method

Preparing the Rib Eye Steak

1

Season the Steak

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Rub this mixture all over the rib eye steaks, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat, around 400-450°F (200-230°C).

3

Grill the Steak

Place the marinated rib eye steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is reached. While grilling, add the fresh rosemary on top of the steaks for extra flavor.

4

Rest the Steak

Once cooked, remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.

Preparing the Garlic/Hot Sauce Shrimp

5

Sauté the Garlic

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

6

Cook the Shrimp

Add the shrimp to the skillet and sprinkle with red chili flakes. Cook for about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.

7

Finish the Sauce

Remove the skillet from heat, stir in the lemon zest and chopped parsley, mixing well to combine.
