Prepare the Meat
Cut the pork tenderloin and beef sirloin into small cubes, approximately 2 cm in size.

Prepare the Potatoes
Peel the potatoes and cut them into fry shapes, soaking them in cold water for about 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

Fry the Potatoes
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the potato fries and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on a paper towel, then season with salt.

Cook the Meat
In a large skillet, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork and beef cubes, season with salt and black pepper, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until browned on all sides.

Add the Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle paprika, cumin, and chili powder over the mixture, stirring well to combine.
Serving

Plate the Dish
