Clean the Frog Legs
Rinse the frog legs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Ensure they are free from any impurities.

Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves. This will enhance the flavor in the sauté.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, but not browned.
