Chicken Preparation

Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with bread crumbs.

Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the breaded chicken breasts and fry for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add Tomatoes and Seasoning
Pour in the canned crushed tomatoes and add oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, and sugar. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Combine Chicken and Sauce
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a baking dish, place the fried chicken breasts and cover them with the prepared tomato sauce. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add salt. Add the spaghetti or fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
