Preparation
Prepare the Ingredients
Start by cutting the chicken breast into thin slices. Chop the bell peppers into strips, slice the onion, and mince the garlic.
Cooking
Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent (about 3-4 minutes). Add the bell peppers and continue to sauté for another 5 minutes.
Cook the Chicken
Push the sautéed vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Place the sliced chicken breast in the skillet, season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
Add the Shrimp and Brandy
Add the shrimp to the skillet and pour in the brandy. Allow the mixture to simmer for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. Stir occasionally to combine all ingredients.
Finish with Chicken Broth
Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
