Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Vegetables
Thinly slice the onion and bell peppers. Set aside.

Prepare the Fish
Rinse the red snapper under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sauce Preparation

Make the Lemon Butter Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir for about 2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside.

Add Vegetables
Spread the sliced onions and bell peppers around the fish on the baking sheet.

Bake the Fish
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Serve
Once done, remove the fish from the oven and drizzle with the remaining lemon butter sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
