Method
Filet Mignon
- 1
Prepare the Steak
Rub the filet mignon with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and rosemary. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
- 2
Lobster Tail
- 3
Prepare the Lobster
Use kitchen scissors to cut the top shell of the lobster tail lengthwise. Gently pull the meat out and place it on top of the shell.
- 4
Cook the Lobster
Melt butter in a small saucepan and add minced garlic. Brush the lobster meat with this mixture. Squeeze lemon juice over the top and grill for 6-8 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
Crab Cake
- 5
Mix Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, mustard, breadcrumbs, egg, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley. Mix gently to avoid breaking up the crab meat.
- 6
Form and Cook the Cakes
Form the mixture into small patties. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the crab cakes for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Stuffed Shrimp
- 7
Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, chives, garlic powder, and paprika until smooth.
- 8
Stuff the Shrimp
Using a piping bag or a spoon, fill each shrimp with the cream cheese mixture. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- 9
Cook the Stuffed Shrimp
Grill the stuffed shrimp on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are cooked through and the filling is warm.
