Lobster Tail

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Lobster Tails

Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise down the middle, stopping just before the tail fin.

  3. 3

    Season the Lobster

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and lemon juice. Brush this mixture generously over the lobster tails.

Grilling

  1. 4

    Grill the Lobster Tails

Place the lobster tails on the grill, shell-side down. Grill for about 5-6 minutes, then flip and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

Garlic Butter

  1. 5

    Prepare the Garlic Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and simmer for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.

  2. 6

    Serve

Once the lobster tails are done grilling, remove them from the grill and brush with the garlic butter. Serve with the remaining garlic butter on the side.
