Preparing the Lobster Tails

Clean the Lobster Tails
Rinse the lobster tails under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Using kitchen shears, cut down the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping just before the tail fin. Carefully pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).

Boil the Pasta
While the lobster is grilling, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes).

Serve the Dish
Drain the pasta and toss it with the vodka sauce or melted butter. Plate the pasta and top with the grilled lobster tails. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil as desired.
