Method

Preparing the Veal Chops

1

Marinate the Chops

In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture all over the Frenched cut veal chops. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.

2

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Make sure the grates are clean and well-oiled to prevent sticking.

3

Grill the Chops

Place the marinated veal chops on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F for medium-rare. Remove from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.

Making the Cream Sauce

4

Sauté Garlic

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

5

Add Cream and Season

Pour in the heavy cream and add black pepper. Stir gently to combine and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.

6

Finish the Sauce

Once the sauce has thickened, remove it from heat and stir in the chopped fresh parsley. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving

7

Plate the Dish

Place the grilled veal chops on a plate and generously drizzle the creamy black pepper sauce over the top. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.

8

Enjoy

Serve immediately with your choice of sides, such as grilled vegetables or mashed potatoes.
