Method

Grilled Shell Steak

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Rub the shell steak with olive oil, salt, and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Grill the Steak

Place the prepared steak on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting time according to your preferred doneness.

  3. 3

    Rest the Steak

Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Garlic Sauce

  1. 4

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

  2. 5

    Sauté Garlic

Add minced garlic cloves to the melted butter and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

  3. 6

    Mix Sauce

Stir in chopped parsley, lemon juice, and salt. Remove from heat and set aside.

Spanish Potatoes

  1. 7

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and cube the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 8

    Cook the Potatoes

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the cubed potatoes, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and tender.

Egg

  1. 9

    Fry the Eggs

In a small frying pan, melt butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, about 3-4 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt.
