Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Lobster Tails
Using a sharp knife, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise, stopping just before the tail fin.
- 2
Remove the Meat
Gently pull apart the shell and lift the lobster meat slightly out of the shell, laying it on top for presentation.
- 3
Make the Marinade
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- 4
Marinate the Lobster
Brush the lobster meat generously with the marinade, making sure to coat well. Set aside for at least 15 minutes.
Grilling
- 5
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to a medium-high temperature (approximately 375°F to 400°F or 190°C to 200°C).
- 6
- 7
Flip and Finish Cooking
Carefully flip the lobster tails over and grill for an additional 3-5 minutes, basting with the remaining marinade.
- 8
Check for Doneness
The lobster is done when the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C) and the meat is firm.
- 9
Garnish
Remove from the grill and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
