Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Boil in salted water for about 10 minutes until just tender, then drain and let cool.

  2. 2

    Crispy Potatoes

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the boiled potatoes and fry until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, and set aside.

  3. 3

    Grill the Steak

Preheat your grill to high heat. Season the New York strip steaks with salt and pepper. Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Melt the Cheese

In the last minute of grilling, place slices of Taleggio cheese on top of the steaks and close the grill lid to allow the cheese to melt.

  5. 5

    Sauté the Broccolini

In a separate pan, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the broccolini and sauté for about 4-5 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper.

  6. 6

    Plate the Dish

On each plate, place a portion of crispy potatoes, sautéed broccolini, and the grilled steak topped with melted Taleggio cheese. Drizzle with cinnamon glaze and sprinkle cacao nibs on top before serving.
