Prepare the Ingredients
Slice the tomato into thin rounds and set aside. Cook the bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels.

Toast the Sub Rolls
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the sub rolls on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until they are lightly golden.
Assembly

Layer the Ingredients
Spread 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise on the inside of each toasted sub roll. Begin layering with 2 slices of ham on the bottom half of each roll, followed by 2 slices of turkey, 2 slices of mozzarella cheese, and 2 slices of bacon.

Add Vegetables
Add a generous handful of shredded lettuce on top of the bacon, then layer on the sliced tomatoes.

Complete the Sandwich
Close the sandwich by placing the top half of the toasted sub roll over the filled bottom half. Press gently to secure.
