Fettuccine Alfredo

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Combine Ingredients
Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy.

Toss with Pasta
Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
Lasagna with Meat Sauce

Prepare the Meat Sauce
In a large skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add Sauce and Seasoning
Stir in the tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for about 15 minutes.

Assemble Lasagna
In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, and half of the grated Parmesan. Spread a layer of meat sauce in a baking dish, followed by layers of noodles, cheese mixture, and mozzarella. Repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with mozzarella on top.

Cook the Meatballs
In a skillet, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Cook the meatballs until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.

Make the Marinara Sauce
In the same skillet, add tomato sauce and bring to a simmer. Return the meatballs to the skillet and cook for an additional 15 minutes.

Cook the Spaghetti
While the sauce is simmering, cook spaghetti in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Combine and Serve
Serve the spaghetti topped with marinara sauce and meatballs.
