Prepare the Beef Filling

Brown the Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Season the Beef
Stir in cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the beef and onions evenly.

Add Beef Broth
Pour in the beef broth and bring the mixture to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer uncovered for about 15-20 minutes until thickened.
Assemble the Tacos

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to warm the taco shells.

Warm Taco Shells
Place corn taco shells on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for about 5 minutes.

Fill Taco Shells
Remove taco shells from the oven. Fill each shell generously with the braised beef mixture.

Add Cheeses
Sprinkle equal amounts of jack and cheddar cheese over the beef in each taco.

Top with Fresh Ingredients
Top each taco with pico de gallo, a dollop of sour cream, and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro.
