Preparing the Fries

Cutting the Potatoes
Wash and peel the russet potatoes. Cut them into uniform sticks, about 1/4 inch thick.

Drying the Potatoes
Drain the soaked potatoes and pat them dry with paper towels to remove moisture.

Frying the Potatoes
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C). Carefully add the dried potato sticks in batches and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-6 minutes.

Seasoning the Fries
Remove the fries from the oil and drain them on paper towels. While still hot, season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to taste.

Assembling the Wagyu Fries
On a large serving platter, layer the crispy fries. Top with sliced Wagyu steak, sautéed vegetables, and sprinkle shredded white American cheese evenly over the top.
