Mini Subs Preparation

Prepare the Sub Rolls
Slice each 4" sub roll in half horizontally to create a sandwich base.

Layer the Ingredients
On the bottom half of each sub roll, spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of mustard. Layer with deli meats, cheese slices, lettuce, tomato slices, and pickles as desired.

Place the top half of the sub roll onto the filled bottom half, pressing down gently to keep the ingredients in place.

Measure out 4 oz of potato chips for each serving, or simply open a bag and divide equally.
