Prepare the Apples
Peel, core, and slice the Granny Smith apples into thin wedges. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

Combine Ingredients
Add the raisins and dulce de leche to the bowl with the sliced apples. Toss everything together until the apples are well-coated with the dulce de leche.

Cook the Filling
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the apple mixture. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples are tender but not mushy.

Add Pastry Crumbs
Once the apples are cooked, sprinkle the pastry crumbs evenly over the top of the apple mixture in the skillet. Allow to cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the crumbs are slightly golden.
