Method
Prepare the Mary Mix
- 1
Combine Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine the tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and ground horseradish. If you like a brinier flavor, add the olive brine.
- 2
Stir Well
Stir the mixture well until all ingredients are fully combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- 3
Chill the Mix
Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Prepare Celery Stalks
Wash and trim the ends of the celery stalks to your preferred length.
- 5
Prepare Pickle Spears
Open the jar of pickles and remove the spears, placing them on a plate.
- 6
Prepare Lemon Wedges
Cut the lemon into wedges, ensuring you have enough for each drink.
- 7
Prepare Green Olives
Drain the green olives and place them in a small bowl.
- 8
Prepare Cherry Tomatoes
Wash the cherry tomatoes under cold water and set aside.
- 9
Prepare Bacon Strips
