Preparation of the Rim

  1. 1

    Prepare the Cinnamon-Sugar Rim

In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of sugar with 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Mix well. Moisten the rim of your glass with a lime wedge, then dip the rim into the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat evenly.

Mixing the Drink

  1. 2

    Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Espolon Blanco Tequila, 1 oz of St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur, 2 oz of pear puree, 1 oz of ginger syrup, and 1 oz of fresh lime juice.

  2. 3

    Shake the Mixture

Fill the shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well-chilled.

Serving

  1. 4

    Strain and Serve

Strain the cocktail mixture into the prepared glass over fresh ice. Ensure that none of the ice from the shaker enters the glass.

  2. 5

    Garnish

Optionally, you can garnish with a slice of fresh pear or a sprinkle of cinnamon on top for an added touch.
