Preparation

  1. 1

    Muddling Grapefruit

Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice into the cocktail shaker with the muddled grapefruit. Make sure to strain out any seeds.

  3. 3

    Mixing Ingredients

Add the El Bandido Yankee® Blanco and agave nectar to the shaker with the muddled grapefruit and lime juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Serving

  1. 4

    Straining

Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.

  2. 5

    Adding Sparkling Wine

Carefully top off the drink with the J. Roget® Sparkling wine, pouring gently to maintain the bubbles.

  3. 6

    Garnishing

Garnish the drink with a slice of grapefruit or lime on the rim of the glass if desired.
