Make the Hot Honey Simple Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine Mike's Hot Honey and water. Stir over medium heat until fully combined and slightly thickened. Remove from heat and let cool.

Prepare the Margarita
In a cocktail shaker, add Lalo Blanco tequila, Grand Marnier, fresh lime juice, and the hot honey simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Rim the Glass
On a small plate, mix together the sugar and Tajin. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a chilled glass, then dip the rim into the sugar-Tajin mixture to coat.

Serve
Strain the margarita mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wheel if desired.
