Cook the Spaghetti
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Bolognese Sauce
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, carrot, and celery. Sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.

Add Garlic and Beef
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned.

Incorporate Tomatoes and Wine
Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and red wine. Stir to combine.

Season the Sauce
Add the dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Bring the sauce to a simmer and reduce the heat to low. Let it cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve the spaghetti topped with the Bolognese sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
