Rub the pork shoulder with salt, pepper, and your choice of dry rub. Smoke it in a smoker at 225°F for about 8-10 hours until the internal temperature reaches 195°F. Once done, let it rest before shredding.

Season the brisket with salt and pepper, then smoke for about 12-14 hours at 225°F until it reaches an internal temperature of 195°F. Let it rest for at least an hour before slicing.

Combine Ingredients
In a saucepan, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Prepare the Sides

Mix coleslaw mix with your choice of dressing (mayonnaise or vinegar-based) and chill until serving.
