    Cook the Sausages

    Grill or pan-fry the selected sausages over medium heat until they are browned and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.

    Prepare the Sauerkraut

    Heat the sauerkraut in a small saucepan over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until warmed through.

    Serve

    Place the cooked sausages on a platter, add the warm sauerkraut on the side, and serve with mustard for dipping.
