1

Chill & prepare

Chill the 12 oz can of Waterloo Grapefruit Sparkling Water in the refrigerator until cold (at least 1 hour) or place it in an ice bath for 10 minutes. While the can chills, squeeze fresh ruby grapefruit to yield 1 oz of juice and squeeze a lime to yield 0.5 oz. If you prefer a slightly sweeter drink, measure 0.25 oz simple syrup.

2

Assemble

Fill a highball or Collins glass with about 1 cup of ice. Pour in the fresh grapefruit juice (1 oz) and fresh lime juice (0.5 oz) over the ice. Add the 0.25 oz simple syrup now if using.

3

Top with sparkling water

Open the chilled 12 oz Waterloo Grapefruit Sparkling Water and gently pour it into the glass over the juice and ice, pouring slowly to retain carbonation. Aim to leave about 0.5–1 oz of headspace at the top.

4

Finish & garnish

Stir once gently with a bar spoon to combine juices and sparkling water without flattening it. Garnish with a thin grapefruit slice on the rim and an optional mint sprig tucked into the ice.

5

Serve

Serve immediately while sparkling. Provide a straw if desired.
