Preparation

Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Bake the Wings
Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning the wings halfway through until they are crispy and golden brown.
Sauce Preparation

Prepare the Wing Sauce
While the wings are baking, choose your sauce and prepare it. For the Wing Sauce, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in the hot sauce and garlic powder until well combined. Remove from heat and set aside.

Prepare Reverse Buffalo Sauce
Combine hot sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until well mixed and heated through, then remove from heat.

Prepare Lemon Pepper Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, black pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil. Set aside.

Prepare Chipotle BBQ Sauce
In a small bowl, mix BBQ sauce with chipotle peppers and honey until well combined. Set aside.

Prepare Korean BBQ Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and minced garlic until the sugar is dissolved. Set aside.
Finishing

Toss the Wings
Once the wings are baked, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour your chosen sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.

Serve the wings hot with a side of bleu cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
