Method

Preparation

1

Crack the Eggs

Carefully crack the eggs into a medium-sized bowl. Make sure to discard any pieces of shell.

2

Whisk the Eggs

Using a fork or a whisk, beat the eggs until the yolks and whites are fully combined.

3

Season the Eggs

Add salt and black pepper to the beaten eggs, then whisk again to combine.

Cooking

4

Heat the Pan

Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Allow the butter to melt and coat the bottom of the pan.

5

Cook the Eggs

Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet. Allow them to cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to set.

6

Scramble the Eggs

Using a spatula, gently stir the eggs, pushing them from the edges to the center. Continue to cook while stirring until the eggs are just set but still slightly runny, about 2-3 more minutes.

7

Serve

Remove the skillet from the heat and transfer the scrambled eggs to a plate. Enjoy warm.
