Prepare the Fries
Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the frozen French fries package. Spread the frozen fries evenly on a baking sheet, drizzle with vegetable oil, and sprinkle with salt. Toss to coat the fries evenly.

Bake the Fries
Bake the fries in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through for even cooking.
Bacon Jam

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon and let it drain on paper towels, reserving about 1 tablespoon of bacon grease in the skillet.

Make the Jam
Add the cooked bacon back to the skillet along with brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper. Stir and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the mixture is thick and jam-like. Remove from heat.
Cheese Blend

In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese. Mix well to create a cheesy blend.
