In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of High West Midwinter Night's Dram, 0.5 oz of simple syrup, and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.

Add 4 ice cubes to the mixing glass and stir the mixture gently for about 20-30 seconds to chill and dilute the drink.
