1. Make the Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, crab meat, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce. Mix until well combined and set aside.

2. Prepare Wonton Wrappers

Lay out the wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Place a small teaspoon of the crab filling in the center of each wrapper.

3. Seal the Wontons

Moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper with water. Fold the wrapper over the filling to create a triangle shape and press the edges to seal tightly. Ensure there are no air pockets.

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.

Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray. Place the sealed wontons in a single layer in the basket, making sure they do not touch.
