Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ground Round

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well and form into a patty.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patty

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is achieved. Remove and set aside.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the olive oil. Sauté the sliced onion and mushrooms until they are soft and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. 4

    Make the Beef Gravy

In a separate saucepan, heat the beef broth over medium heat. Whisk in the flour to thicken the gravy, cooking for 2-3 minutes until it reaches the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Dish

Place the cooked patty on a plate, top with the sautéed onions and mushrooms, and pour the beef gravy generously over the top.
