Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor absorption.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

In a bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar. Rub this spice mix generously over both sides of the ribs.

  3. 3

    Wrap and Bake

Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours.

  4. 4

    Apply BBQ Sauce

After baking, carefully unwrap the ribs and brush them with BBQ sauce on both sides. Return them to the oven, uncovered, for another 30 minutes to caramelize the sauce.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove from the oven, let them rest for a few minutes, then slice between the bones and serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
