Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patty

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and pepper. Form into a patty.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the Burger Patty

In the same skillet, cook the burger patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness. Add the jack cheese on top of the patty during the last minute of cooking to allow it to melt.

  4. 4

    Toast the Sourdough

While the patty is cooking, toast the sourdough bread in the same skillet until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toasted sourdough. Place the burger patty with melted cheese on one slice, add bacon and sliced tomato, then top with the other slice.

  6. 6

    Serve

Cut the burger in half and serve immediately.
