Preparation Instructions
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) to ensure it’s hot enough for a crispy crust.
- 2
Prepare the Dough
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into your desired shape and thickness.
- 3
Add Olive Oil
Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Brush the surface with virgin olive oil.
- 4
Add Cheese
Evenly sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the olive oil-brushed dough.
- 5
Prepare the Toppings
Slice the roma tomatoes and arrange them evenly over the cheese. Tear the fresh basil leaves and scatter them on top.
- 6
Season
Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the pizza to enhance the flavors.
- 7
Bake
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- 8
Serve
Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a minute, slice, and serve hot.
