Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Broccolini

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add broccolini and cook for about 2-3 minutes until tender but still crisp. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Peppers

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add the calabrese peppers (sliced) and sauté for about 5 minutes until they soften.

  3. 3

    Combine Ingredients

Add the cooked broccolini to the skillet with the peppers. Sprinkle red chile flakes and mix well. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add Cheeses

Reduce heat to low. Stir in ricotta, mozzarella, and cacciocavallo cheese. Mix until the cheeses are melted and creamy.

  5. 5

    Finish the Dish

Remove from heat. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and top with grated Grana Padano and chopped Italian parsley. Serve warm.
