Prepare the Veal
Season the veal scallopini with salt and black pepper. Dredge each piece in flour, shaking off the excess.

Sauté the Veal
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the veal and sauté for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the veal from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, add the white wine, lemon juice, and capers. Scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet and let the mixture simmer for 2 minutes.

Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the veal piccata before serving. Serve hot with your choice of side.
