Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Linguine

Cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Lobster Tails

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add lobster tails and cook for about 6-8 minutes until they are bright red. Remove, cool slightly, and extract the meat from the shells. Chop the meat into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

  3. 3

    Sauté Aromatics

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  4. 4

    Add Tomatoes and Wine

Pour in the crushed tomatoes and white wine. Stir to combine and allow to simmer for about 10 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add Shellfish

Add the clams and mussels to the sauce. Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the shells open up. Discard any that remain closed.

  6. 6

    Combine Lobster and Season

Add the lobster meat to the sauce, season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in chopped parsley for freshness.

  7. 7

    Serve

Toss the cooked linguine in the sauce until well coated. Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
