Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Dredge in flour, shaking off excess.

Sauté the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, add butter and let it melt. Add the white wine, lemon juice, and capers. Bring to a boil, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.

Combine and Serve
Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
