Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Bread the Chicken
Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.

Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Fry the breaded chicken breasts for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Assemble the Dish
In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom. Place the fried chicken on top, then cover each breast with more marinara sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
