Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Lobster Tails
Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the middle, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell while keeping it attached at the tail. This is called 'piggybacking'.
- 2
Preheat the Broiler
Preheat your oven's broiler to high, ensuring the rack is positioned about 6 inches from the heat source.
- 3
Make the Butter Mixture
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, add minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
- 4
Broil the Lobster Tails
Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet, meat side up. Brush the butter mixture generously over the lobster meat. Broil for about 8-10 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly browned.
- 5
Garnish and Serve
Remove the lobster tails from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges if desired.
